What are the requirements to place an order?

21+ : A valid ID such as a driver's license, and a valid delivery address.

18+ : Same requirements as 21+ including a valid doctor's recommendation.

How do I place an order?

Enter the shop menu and continue to add desired items to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout you will be prompted to enter your email address, delivery address and apply any promo codes you have. You will be immediately sent an order confirmation to the respective email.

Delivery Estimated Time of Arrival

Orders usually take 30-60 minutes for 90% of orders.  Some deliveries can be even faster and dispatch can let you know an exact ETA if contacted through live chat or text.

Return Policy

Items that are opened cannot be returned as per BCC regulations. On very rare occassions do we encounter product that is defective such as mold in which we can fully exchange or refund to avoid health issues.

Loyalty Points

Dispatch can let you know what your loyalty points are through our live chat feature or through call/text. These points can be redeemed on any order and can save you money in the long run. Check on your loyalty points often for discounts.

COVID safety

All drivers are encouraged to wear masks during deliveries to ensure as limited contact as possible. If you have special instructions for delivery please include them on your order placement so we can accomodate your request. Drivers will remain in the vehicle unless previously instructed to do otherwise by dispatch, for our driver's safety.
